Mirit Elyahu Content Strategist Book 30 min
Content Strategist · Founders & small businesses · Sydney

Content built right, and a system that turns it into pipeline.

Most content gets created piece by piece and ends up scattered, off-message, and rarely tied to anything the business actually needs. I start with what you're trying to say and who needs to hear it, then build the system that carries it across every channel and turns attention into pipeline.

Strategy vs. a pair of hands

Most people hire someone to write their posts. A strategist starts a step earlier.

If the content isn't bringing anyone in, more content won't fix it. The foundation underneath it will.

Hiring a freelancer

A pair of hands
  • You hand over a brief, they write the piece
  • Priced by the the word or the hour
  • An extra pair of hands for the weeks you're slammed
  • Every piece comes and goes alone
  • When they leave, the how-it-works leaves with them

Working with a strategist

A system that runs
  • Starts with the strategy that makes any of it work
  • Priced by the outcome and deliverables
  • Strategy plus the actual content development (I build it and run it)
  • One idea that feeds a month of content across your channels
  • I embed into your team, so you're not constantly catching me up
The scope

What a content strategist actually does

Because I get this question a lot. Depending on where the gap is, the work can include:

Messaging & positioning Buyer personas What to actually talk about How platforms work together A repurposing engine Thought-leadership programs Employee advocacy programs Webinars & video Content audits Style guide & quality bar The content itself Project management + the tool that runs it all (monday.com)

You probably won't need all of it. We'll start where the gap is, and if it's only one piece, that's fine too.

Ways to work together

Start small, or build the whole thing

The Content Audit

A focused look at your content and a written scorecard: what's working, what's not, and the three things I'd fix first. Useful on its own, and counts toward whatever we do next.

Months 1–2

Strategy

One to two months to build the foundation everything else stems from: your message and positioning, who you're really talking to, what each channel is for, a repurposing engine, and a content calendar. Weekly working sessions with me. You come out with the strategy, the voice system, and the plan in hand.

Best for: founders and small businesses who've outgrown "just post more"
Ongoing

Content development

A set number of interchangeable pieces every month: thought leadership posts, LinkedIn, case studies, a newsletter, whatever the month needs. Includes continued strategy support as things shift. I'll also set up the board, workflow, and calendar that run the whole operation.

Best for: teams who have the strategy and need it to keep producing
À la carte

Just one piece

Don't need the whole program? We tackle one thing: a messaging & positioning sprint, a set of buyer personas, a repurposing engine, a single channel strategy, a content audit, whathaveyou. We can always build out from there if needed.

Best for: a specific gap you already know you have
The AI layer

Your AI, set up right

Once the strategy exists, I load your message, voice, and system into the AI tools your team already uses, so you come out with drafts that actually sound like you and are 90% of the way there. This is the setup, not a hand-off-and-vanish. That last 10% (the taste, the polish, keeping it sharp) will always need a human touch.

Best for: teams tired of generic AI content who want it producing in their voice
Workshops

I'm testing a few live sessions. Interested?

A few workshops I'm putting together, based on the questions that have come up time and time (and time) again.

Find your message

3 hours with your key people in one room. We work out the one thing your business should be known for and the messaging that makes it matter. You leave with a working message, a positioning draft, and a refreshing sense of purpose.

One idea, one month of content

A working session on the repurposing flow: how to catch ideas the moment they happen, and how a single idea becomes weeks of content across your LinkedIn, newsletter, blog, sales material, and more – and to leverage AI for the process. You leave with the system mapped to your own channels and calendar.

Make AI sound like you

Training on the one thing that stops AI from sounding generic: giving it actual context. We extract your voice, and your business, and load it into the AI tools you already use, so what comes out sounds like you and knows what you know. Runs solo (your own voice and context) or for a team (a shared context brain everyone works from). You leave with a working setup, not a pile of prompts to copy.

Proof it works

It's been done before

I ran this for a global language-learning platform that had outgrown its own positioning: the sentence the business now organizes around, the messaging architecture underneath it, and a repurposing flow the team runs day to day. The business changes, the work doesn't.

Hi, I'm Mirit

The person behind the strategy

Ex-monday.com, now an independent content strategist in Sydney. For 10 years I've helped very different companies nail what they actually sound like, then build it out across brand, messaging, web, content, and campaigns. Now I do the same for founders and growing businesses, with the voice and content systems that keep them sounding human.

Honesty first
